Kappo Sono is an intimate 12 seat counter led by one of the most renowned chefs in Kaiseki cuisine, Chef Chikara Sono. To reflect his ever changing menus influenced by seasonal ingredients, each meal is accompanied by descriptions of his craft through prints and illustrations.
